Welcome to English Through Play. A place where children have fun learning through play in a fun and structured learning environment. English Through Play is a great opportunity to immerse your child in English.
The same English Through Play session is available multiple times a week. Children can come to as many sessions as wished.

Term 1
In Term 1 the children will be introduced to shapes, colours, numbers and even opposites. They will learn how to hold a pencil to make simple movements and enjoy lots of fun and exciting stories. Alongside this the children will learn to share and help one another and get to play and learn through a vast array of toys, puppets, games and even dress-up!

Term 2
In Term 2 the children will continue to develop their pencil control and be able to recognise and name all single digit numbers whilst also knowing the corresponding value of each. At the same time the children will continue to work on opposites and be introduced to a little theme each week that will be discussed and enhanced through a chosen picture book, games and toys.
11 weeks x CHF70 = CHF770
Term 3
In Term 3 the children will continue to enjoy specially chosen picture books with handcrafted soft toys to match. They will gain confidence in writing their numbers correctly and independently while gaining understanding that numbers belong in a certain order. The children will discover a new range of more challenging puzzles and games while working on their coordination skills through cutting with scissors and discovering the complexity of clothes fastenings in order to develop independence and a feeling of accomplishment. Children will attempt zips, poppers, buckles, buttons, toggles and the oh so tricky shoe laces.
